INCEPTION : In year 2007, we started in the name and style of A.K.TOOLS as a sole proprietary firm manufacturing press tools, multi station progressive tool, compound tool, combination tools, blanking tools, piercing tool, trimming tools, shaving tools, lancing tools, bending tools, embossing tools forming tools , draw tools, deep draw tools, jigs, fixture & gauges etc.,.
Technical Background of the Promoters
Our Industry was promoted by Mr.P.P.Anil Kumar he joined M/s. Talbros Automotive components Ltd Chennai where he served as a Tool and Die maker for nearly ten years from 1985 - 1995. From the year 1995 -1996 , he served as a Tool Maker in M/s.Hi-tech Industries Pvt Ltd, Singapore and from 1996 -2000 he served as Tool & Die Maker. T.K.R.Singapore Pvt ltd From the year 2000- 2004 he joined M/s.Full Skill wire cut services Singapore and served as TOOL MAKER , production , Quality, etc., Besides, he was also playing active part in ISO documentation in order to comply with the QMS requirements pertaining ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
The company M/s.A.K.Tools will also under take modification of tools and repairing all kinds of above tools.
We also have Auto Cad & PRO –E facility to designing of tools, jigs, fixtures & gauges, etc.
We have vast experience in this field as our proprietor Mr. P.P.Anil Kumar has acquired professional knowledge from his association with different reputed establishment with in this country and abroad.
